What is digital imaging and printing?

Digital imaging is the process of transforming a digital file into a printed image using an ink-based printer. Digital imaging uses a cost-effective process to deliver a high-quality result. This process is faster than traditional offset printing.

Do you offer large format printing?

Yes. In fact, we specialize in the design and printing of large format printing. We can do signage, banners, posters, outdoor advertising and window graphics. All our large formats use durable ink finishes ensuring your prints last a long time.

What paper sizes do you offer?

Our paper stocks range in size from business card to signage and billboards. We can also trim and adjust to any size based on your requirements.

What is the weight of the paper you print on?

When we create your quote, we will explain the paper weight options for your printed piece. We also take your budget into consideration and how you will be using the final finished piece.

What file format should I use when submitting my files for printing?

How long does it take for you to complete my order?

The time it takes to complete your order can vary depending on your requirements. Every order is completed in a timely manner. Feel free to contact us to discuss the estimated time-frame for completion of your project. If you have a specific deadline, we will help do everything we can to help you meet it.

What is a PDF?

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format used to present and exchange documents reliably. A PDF can contain links, buttons, form fields, audio, video and business logic.

Will I get to approve the final artwork before printing?

Yes. You will get this opportunity prior to print.

How long does it take to get a quote?

It depends upon the nature of the job. Once we understand your requirements, we will advise you as to when we can provide you with a quote. Most quotes can be completed same day.

Can I cancel my printing order?

Once you have approved the quote, given us the artwork and work has begun on your job, we have incurred costs. If you cancel the job after it has been approved and started, you will be billed for the time and materials spent up to that point.
